Travis Edwin Woodham

Travis Edward "Ed" Woodham, 85, of Sorrento, passed away Monday, June 16, 2025. Born in Eustis, Florida, he was a lifelong Floridian. He was a Business Manager in the Heavy Equipment industry and served on the Board of Directors for the Sorrento Cemetery Association. Ed came on the Sorrento Cemetery Board on October 17, 2002. He retired May 8, 2023. During that time, he was chairman from July 10, 2008, to July 26, 2022. He was also very active in the East Lake County Chamber of Commerce. He was always ready to pitch in and help with the various fundraisers and work associated with the start of the Chamber of Commerce in Sorrento. Ed is survived by his wife of 63 years, Rita Woodham of Sorrento of FL; son, Jeffrey Wayne (Jill) Woodham of Tangerine, FL; daughter, Robin Renay (Mark) McGillivray of Sorrento, FL; 2 sisters, Linda Ray Witt of Indiana and Mary Jewel Coressel of Mount Dora, FL; 5 grandchildren, Wendy Woodham, Briar Woodham, Mathew McGillivray, Caleb McGillivray and Christian McGillivary; as well as 5 great-grandchildren, Jack, Addison, Allison, Cohen, and Corbyn. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis, on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Sorrento Cemetery, Sorrento. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 10:00 till 11:00 AM.
