Rodney L. Pratt, 88, of Altoona, passed away Monday, March 5, 2018. Born in Bristol, Connecticut, he moved to Altoona in 1992 from Bristol, Connecticut. He was a water pollution control plant technician for the city of Bristol, CT. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Elaine Pratt of Altoona, FL; son, Samuel A. (Barbara) Pratt of Lady Lake, FL, Son, David Pratt of Southington, CT; daughter-in-law, Rachael Pratt of Bristol, CT; 4 grandchildren, Sarah, Hannah, Jason & Lucas.
