Bubba Taylor Sangster, Jr.

Umatilla resident, Robert "Bubba" T. Sangster Jr., 26, passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Bubba was born February 6, 1998, to Robert and Melissa Sangster in Orlando, Florida. He has been a lifelong resident of Umatilla. Bubba was a Heavy Equipment Operator who operated his business, Bubba's Site-work. Bubba enjoyed fishing, hunting, boxing, and playing baseball. He played baseball throughout high school for the Umatilla Bulldogs and continued on to play collegiate baseball at St. Johns River State College in Palatka, FL followed by Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL. Above any recreational hobby, his entire world revolved around his little girl, Emma Sangster. Bubba is survived by his Parents, Robert and Melissa Sangster of Umatilla, FL; Daughter, Emma Sangster; Sisters, Taylor Paige Slagter of Sorrento, FL and Kailey Erin Sangster of Fruitland Park, FL; Niece, Alaina; and by numerous extended family and friends. Services for Bubba will be held at First Baptist Church Umatilla on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis. Family will be received starting at 10:00 AM and friends at 10:30 until 11:00 AM prior to his service.
