Phyllis B. Cross

Phyllis Anne Cross (nee Bowron) 93 passed peacefully at her house in Eustis Fl, surrounded by loving family on August 20, 2025. Phyllis, born on December 4, 1931, in and was a lifelong resident of Eustis. She attended Montverde Academy, Florida State College for Women, and Stetson University. She was a devoted Mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was an accomplished real estate professional in Lake County, Florida. She had been involved and supported the arts and theatre in Lake County. Phyllis loved to travel and even spent time in China and Russia, long before they were popular destinations. Phyllis is survived by her children Fred (Janet), Sara, Stephen (Stephanie), Carol, Danny (deceased) and a horde of grandchildren (10), great grandchildren (7) and great-great grandchildren (4). A memorial service for family and close friends will be held at a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice and the Eustis Library. Phyllis Cross lived a long and fulfilled life and will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
