Patricia Ann “Tish” Pedigo Barde, 102, died October 17, 2025, at her home in Mount Dora, Florida, with both her children by her side. She was born In St. Louis, MO, December 10, 1922, to Smith Garfield and Molly (Shores) Pedigo. Tish graduated from Webster Groves High, Webster Groves, MO, in 1941. Her college career as an art major at Monticello College in Godfrey, IL, was halted by World War II. Wherever she lived, she was active in her church and community. In Webster Groves, where she lived for over 40 years, she often substituted as secretary at the high school or church. Tish owned a motel in St. Ignace, Michigan, in the 1970s, and spent summers in Florida. She moved to Florida permanently in the 1980s. Tish enjoyed reading, playing cards, knitting, and playing the piano. She also was a good golfer and excellent competitive bridge player. Tish was preceded in death by her parents; four husbands, Marvin Reed Boydstun, Harry Deck, Conley Butler, and Marine Colonel Robert E. Barde; son-in-law, Max Eldred and daughter-in-law, Dalia Katilius-Boydstun. She is survived by a son, Vin Karilius Boydstun of Lemont, Il; daughter, Polly Eldred of Carlinville, IL; grandsons, Jim (Kelly) Eldred, Jeff Eldred and Marius (Cathy) Katilius-Boydstun; great grandchildren, Max Eldred, Emily Eldred, Dan Raad, Jessica (Chris) Casillas, Lukas Katilius-Boydstun, Alete Katilius-Boydstun, and Katrina Katilius-Boydstun; as well as numerous stepchildren, step-grandchildren, and step-great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Waterman Village Chapel, in Mount Dora, Florida, Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Tish’s ashes will be buried in Arlington National Cemetery next to her husband, Bob Barde. Arrangements by Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis, Florida.
