Kathy-Jo Walton

Kathy-Jo Walton, 57, of Umatilla, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018. Born in Biddeford, Maine, she spent 17 years serving her country in the US Navy. Her grandfather's (Gilbert Bourassa) career in the Military inspired her to also serve her country. Kathy has lived on and off again here since 2012 when she came here permanently. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Jessica Walton, Umatilla, FL, Alora (Steven) Symonds, Umatilla, FL; mother - Catherine (David) Twomey, Cumberland Foreside, ME; 2 brothers, Richard (Sharon) Walton, Jr., Baltimore, MD, David Scott (Deborah) Twomey, Cumberland, ME; sister, Carolyn (Peter) Cianchette, Sugar Land, TX; grandson, Jedediah Emmanuel Symonds; nephew, Richard Walton, III, Baltimore, MD; niece, Sarah (Brant) West of Nebraska. Military graveside services will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell on Thursday, April 12, 2018, at 2:30 PM.
