Katheryn Rider, 90, of Mount Dora, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Born in Flint, Michigan, she moved to Apopka in 1980 from Avon Park, Florida. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Mount Dora. Katheryn is survived by her son, Randall L. (Mary) Rider, Mount Dora, FL; niece, Marcia Marron, Winter Garden, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. Rider; 2 sons, Rodney Rider, Richard Rider. Katheryn will be laid to rest with her late husband at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
