He was a Nursery Owner & Operator and was Baptist. He is survived by hsi wife, Sandra Ann Woods of Deland, FL; 3 sons, James E. Woods, Jr. of Massachusetts, Christopher Wayne Woods of Nebraska, Matthew Shane Woods of Eustis, FL; daughter, Tammy Lynn Laws of Sorrento, FL; 3 brothers, Frank Woods of Devil Springs, AL, Dean Woods of Chester, SC, Ricky Woods of Bridgeport, TN; 5 sisters, Kay McLean of Chester, SC, Stella Griffis of Georgetown, FL, Shonna Ross of Ocoee, TN, Carol Langford of Loudon, TN, Elizabeth Green of Etowah, TN; 8 grandchildren. Services will be held at Harden-Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Tuesday, October 20, 2009, at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Seneca Cemetery, Eustis.
