Grace Elaine Samms

Grace Elaine Samms, 83, of Eustis, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, she moved to Eustis in 2012 from New Jersey. She worked as a legal secretary and was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Eustis.

Grace was known for her generosity and her love for animals. She had a warm and radiant spirit, often parting ways with her trademark words: “love, light and harmony.” Her gentle presence touched everyone who knew her.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Grace is survived by her sister, Bridget (Peter) MacIntosh of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada; her niece, Tracy MacIntosh of Kissimmee, FL; her three nephews, Mark MacIntosh of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Peter MacIntosh of Chicago, IL, and Roger MacIntosh of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada; and their loving spouses and children.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday January 10th, 2026 at 10am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2615 Waycross Avenue Eustis, FL.
