Goldie Darlene Davis

Goldie Darlene Davis (McBride). Born July 20, 1951 Goldie went to be with the lord & passed peacefully at her home in Florida on April 13, 2023. Alongside of her was her longtime partner Donnie McCoy & her best friend Jo Ann Belleville. Goldie is the daughter of the late Laura Anna & Carl Richard McBride. Goldie worked for many years at Globe Metallurgical in Beverly Ohio and retired as a staff member from Marietta City Schools where she also attended Marietta High School. She loved gardening, bingo, watching the Dallas Cowboys and baking in her spare time as well as spending quality time with her Florida family & their children. (Donnie McCoy, Michael McCoy, Shanin McCoy Cox, Matthew McCoy and Robert McCoy) She will be deeply missed. She is survived by her sister Carolyn Sue Hurst (Clifford) & her brothers Ronnie Dale McBride & Walter Richard McBride. She was also an aunt , great aunt & great great aunt to many nieces, nephews. Preceded in death her oldest sister Janet Marie Dotson, niece Connie Prunty and her parents, Laura & Carl McBride. At this time there will be no services held.
