"Until one has loved a dog, a part of one's soul remains unawakened"

                               - Anatole France

It is with great sorrow we announce that Bradley Joseph Perry, (Brad) of Mount Dora, Florida passed away on January 4, 2026. Owner of Mutts in Motion, Brad was a beacon of calm and canine wisdom in Central Florida, known for his kindness, generosity, quiet patience and ability to understand the unspoken language of dogs. Brad dedicated himself to transforming challenging dogs and empowering their guardians. Trainer, handler, coach and business owner, Brad has helped countless families find harmony with their dogs. Often taking on the toughest cases and giving them a second chance, saving many from euthanasia and finding them loving homes.Brad’s impact extended beyond obedience; he taught people compassion, responsibility, and the profound joy of a truly bonded relationship with their dog. Originally from Montreal, Canada, Brad spent more than two decades in the United States, where he shared 18 years of marriage with his former wife, Kim, and remained deeply connected to her family. He leaves behind his sister, Marlene, brothers, Michael, Blake, Rodney, Paul and David, his beloved dogs, Hazely, Jiro, and Grayson, many nieces and nephews, along with a community of grateful clients whose lives were forever changed by his guidance. His legacy lives on in the happy barks and wagging tails of the many dogs he helped, and the confident strides of the guardians he inspired.
