Sarah Katherine Jordan, 25, of Eustis, FL, passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022. Born in Lake Wales, FL, she moved to Eustis in 1999 from Highlands County, FL. She was a waitress and a cosmetology student. Sarah was of Catholic Faith and attended St. Patrick Catholic Church of Mount Dora. Sarah was a graduate of Eustis High School where she was a member of the competitive cheerleading squad. Sarah was a dancer at Studio 19 of Eustis. She enjoyed the Beach, fishing, kayaking and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her Mother, Heather Jordan Churchwell of Eustis, FL; Father, Dale Edenfield of Zolfo Springs, Grandparents, George and Ellen Jordan of Eustis, FL; Sister, Ashley Churchwell of Eustis, FL; Special Close Cousin, Valissa Hitt of Tavares, FL; Aunts, Kelly (Charles) Cihal of Eustis and Patricia Hitt of Eustis, FL; her furbaby, Rosco and she was a loving aunt to Nephews and Niece, Wyatt, Xavier, and Elizabeth. Celebration of Sarah's Life will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00PM. Memorial donations may be made to St Jude Children's Hospital .
