Ronald Roy Irmscher

Ronald Roy Irmscher, 74, of Umatilla, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021. Born in Winona, Minnesota, he moved to Umatilla in 1994 from Newark, Ohio where he was owner and operator of a landscaping company.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Helen Irmscher, brother Russell (Carolyn)Irmscher, in-laws Delbert and Ella Sweeney, brother-in-law Sam (Cheryl) Sweeney, and best dog ever, Abel. He is survived by his wife Evelyn Irmscher, Umatilla, FL, son Ryan Wolf, brother Mark (Oksook) Irmscher, sisters Maureen Kominar and Myra (Bill) Sapp, nieces and his lovable four-legged children Sweetpea, Buddy, Ivy, Chaps, Ginger and Sandals. Ron served four years in the Marine Corps during Vietnam. He enjoyed working with his hands as a landscaper and a gardener. He excelled at mathematics and had the opportunity to share his knowledge as a teacher/tutor at one of Ohio State's satellite campuses, and at the Learning Center at Lake Sumter Community College (now Lake Sumter State College). He also enjoyed spending hours studying the Bible, and was a member of the Umatilla Seventh-day Adventist Church. Ron loved animals, especially dogs. He was a magnet to dogs. If a stray one was around they'd find Ron and he'd bring them home with him. A memorial service will be held at the Umatilla Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1400 N Central Ave, on Saturday, November 13 at 2:30 PM. Memorial donations may be made to The Michael J.
