Robert Terry Tingley

Robert Terry Tingley, 80, of Sorrento, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2019. Born in Detroit, Michigan to the late Lewis & Martha Tingley, he moved to the Central Florida area in 1970 from Groton, Connecticut. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Mount Dora. Robert served his country during Vietnam and retired from the US Navy after more than 22 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Martha A. Tingley, Sorrento, FL; 3 sons, Robert Wade (Carol) Tingley, Ocoee, FL, Kenneth Earl (Julie) Tingley, Tampa, FL, Richard Scott (Stephanie) Tingley, Atlanta, GA; brother, William Tingley, Sterling Heights, MI; 6 grandchildren. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 11:00 AM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 10:00 till 11:00 AM.
