Rebekah Lynn White

Rebekah Lynn White, 44, of Mount Dora, passed away Monday, August 9, 2021. Born in Cape May Court House, New Jersey, she moved to Mount Dora in 1986 from Wildwood, New Jersey. She worked at Leesburg Regional Medical Center and attended First Baptist Church, Mount Dora. Rebekah often volunteered with the Mount Dora Kiwanis and was an active mom with Mount Dora High School activities. Rebekah is survived by her husband of 22 years, David White, Mount Dora, FL; 3 daughters, Teya White, Mount Dora, FL, Delana White, Mount Dora, FL, Bethany White, Mount Dora, FL; mother, Cheryl Stoffel, Mount Dora, FL; 2 brothers, Thomas (Mabel) Scott "Goober", Leesburg, FL, Bruce (Carol) Craig, Jr., Fruitland Park, FL; sister, Jennifer (John) Harrigan, Villas, NJ; Haley Rosel, Shawn Reasoner and many other adopted friends of her 3 girls as well as many nieces & nephews. Services will be held at a First Baptist Church, Mount Dora on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM. Rebekah's favrite color was purple, so therefore the family has requested everyone wears differents shades of purple for the service.
