Ralph Bernard Moran

Ralph Bernard Moran, 95, of Eustis, Florida, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021, one day prior to his wife of 73 years, Bessie also passing away. Born in Patrick County, Virginia , he moved to Eustis in 1960 from Martinsville, Virginia. He was a truck mechanic prior to his retirement and was a member of the Lake Eustis Christian Church. Ralph served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. Ralph was also preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Beulah Moran; and by sisters, Lois Shivley and Janice Rakes. He is survived by his son, Randy B. (Susie) Moran of Hollywood, FL; daughter, Sandra F. Moran of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Odell F. Moran of Collinsville, VA; 2 sisters, Vivian Rakes of Ferrum, VA and Carolyn Quinn of Ferrum, VA; granddaughter, Megan Moran of Hollywood, FL. He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas H. Moran. Services for both Ralph & Bessie will be held at Lake Eustis Christian Church on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis, Florida.
