Ward, Williston, FL; father, Dennis Carlyle Jorgenson, Leesburg, FL; 3 brothers, Ray Ward, Leesburg, FL, Kevin Ward, Chicago, IL, Steven Ward, Chicago, IL; sister, Bobbi Calkins, Umatilla, FL; nieces & nephews, Christopher Ward, Josh Calkins, Jon Calkins, Tyler Ward, Isabelle Ward, Demitri Ward, Leah Ward and extended family & friends.
