Penny is survived by her Husband, Randy Vermeulen of Leesburg, FL; Son, Jason Levine of Pembroke Pines, FL; Daughters, Jenny Phalen of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Mindy Meringolo of Plantation, FL; Brother, Mark Pilot of Defuniak Springs, FL; Numerous Grandchildren; Extended Family and Friends.
