Michael Bays Carl, 64, of Mount Dora, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Fred H. Carl, Eustis, FL; and Lanette Carl, Tavares, Fl. Born in Mexia, Texas on May 11, 1958, he moved to Mount Dora in 1965 from Charleston, South Carolina. Michael proudly served in the US Navy for 8 years and later became a Bio-med Engineer for AdventHealth Waterman in Tavares. He was also a member of the Spring Meadows Church in Sanford, FL. Michael is survived by his brother, Darryl E. Carl, Ocala, FL; sister, Kimberly L. Allman, Tavares, FL; Brother-N-Law, Steven M. Allman, Tavares, Fl; 3 nieces, Kailey L. Foster, Ocala, FL, Kristin T. Foster, Eustis, FL, Nicole T.
