Mary Joe Monk, 85, of Eustis, died Mon., Mar. 25. Born in Leesburg, she was a lifelong resident. She was a member of LifePointe Church, Eustis and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary of Post 8087 in Eustis. She is survived by her 2 sons, William Lee Monk, Houston, TX, David Brian Monk, Fergus Falls, MN; daughter, Lisa Ann Slone, Eustis; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Fri., Mar. 29 at 10 AM with visitation prior from 9-10 AM. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
