Martha "Lucille" Carroll, 78, of Altoona, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2019 surrounded by her family. Born in Dale County, Alabama, she moved to Altoona in 1950 from Cottondale, Alabama. She retired from Lakeview Terrace, Altoona where she was a Nurse. She is survived by her 2 sons, Kenneth Carroll (Patty McNeal), Altoona, FL, Adrian Carroll (Tricia Campbell), Altoona, FL; sister, Venia Parmer, Auburndale, FL; 2 grandchildren. Ted Burdette, Rachel (Daniel) Comer and 3 great-grandsons, James Michael, Joseph Allen, Aiden Walker; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Carroll; daughter, Elaine Hoholik; her parents, 5 sisters and 3 brothers. She was a devout Christian and loved watching college football, tha cooking channel and her puzzle books. Graveside services will be held at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 10:00 AM. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Thursday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 PM.
