Mara June Folsom

Mara June Folsom, 63, of Groveland, FL, passed away Friday, April 24, 2020. Born in Tampa, Florida, she moved to Groveland in January 2020 from Clermont. She was a Social Worker working for the Florida Department of Children and Families prior to her retirement. Mara was a member of the First Baptist Church of Montverde. She enjoyed working with children and she loved animals. Mara is preceded by her mother, Betty McQuaig and her father, Clyde Porterfield. Mara is survived by her Husband, James M. Folsom of Groveland, FL; son, Bryan 37 of Umatilla FL, daughter 20 of Tampa, FL. She leaves behind two sisters, Donna Petersen of Clearwater FL and Julie Fulks of Groveland Fl.
