Lois Marie Smith, 74, of Eustis, passed away Friday, August 19, 2022. Born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, she moved to Eustis in 1984 from Orlando, Florida. She was a teacher and was Baptist. Lois is survived by her husband of 43 years, Robert Lee Smith, Eustis, FL; 2 sons, John B. (Jamie) Hawkins, Astatula, FL, David G. (Delaney Anderson) Smith, Deland, FL; daughter, Susan M. (Casey) Fort, Bushnell, FL; step-father, Marlin S. Knight, Brunswick, GA; step-brother, Gary Fredrick, Orlando, FL; 4 step-sisters, Laura Lutz, Christmas, FL, Kay Rogers, Geneva, FL, Teresa Carroll, Deltona, FL, Kim Stafford, Deltona, FL; 4 grandchildren, Garrett W. Reddish, Matthew B. Hawkins, Lesley M. Reddish, Kendyl L. Hawkins; 2 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at Seneca Cemetery, Eustis on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 10:00 AM. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Friday evening from 5:00 till 7:00 PM. The family requests that everyone come as you are, dressed casual for both events.
