Joyce Beverly Palmer, 81, of Leesburg, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021. Born to the late Ray & Nellie Masser in Steubenville, Ohio, she moved to Leesburg in 1993 from Alpena, Michigan. She owned & operated Small World Preschool, Alpena, MI. Joyce was Methodist. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Palmer. She is survived by her loving companion, Jere Minich, Leesburg, FL; 2 sons, Eric (Marci) Palmer, Leesburg, FL, Sean (Christy) Palmer, Crystal Lake, IL; sister, Linda Williams, Traverse City, MI; 2 grandchildren, Balin Palmer, Ethan Palmer.
