Joseph Gerald Phelps

Joseph Gerald Phelps, 76, of Eustis, passed away Friday, February 22, 2019. Born in Covington, Kentucky, he moved to Eustis in 1977 from Fort Lauderdale. He was a butcher and was a member of the Florida Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association. He served in the United States Air Force during Vietnam. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Nancy L. Phelps of Eustis, FL, 2 sisters, Sandra Smith of Eustis, FL, Brenda Stabile of Eustis, FL and many Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Lt. Danny Ralph Phelps, Umatilla P.D. Military graveside services will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell on Monday, March 11, 2019 at 1:30 PM. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on prior to the service on Monday from 10:00 AM till 12:00 Noon.
