Joanne H. Anderson, 71, of Mount Dora, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Born in Oakland, California, she moved to Lake County in 2000 from Orlando, Florida. She was a supervisor with the Bell South Yellow Pages. Joanne was a member of the Iglesia Bautista "La Gracia", Eustis and the Red Hat Society. She loved life and people. She never met a stranger. Joanne enjoyed playing Bingo and Shopping. Joanne had progressive remitting multiple sclerosis (MS) for over 36 years. She is survived by her son, Christopher A. (Kathy Maddy) Anderson, Umatilla, FL; daughter, Kristiana (Tina) Anderson, Sanford, FL; brother, Bernard John Heron, Jr., Tallahassee, FL; 2 sisters, Margaret (Maggie) Dunn, Greensboro, GA; Mary A.
