Jo Ann Simons

Jo Ann Simons, 64, of Mount Dora, FL, passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2021. Born in Miami, Florida, she moved to Lake County, FL. in 1972 from Beaufort, SC. She spent most of her career working in the newspaper advertising business, she was the National/Retail Advertising Manager with the Orlando Sentinel for over 20 years, and she was currently working with The Villages Daily Sun as Advertising Sales Manager. Jo was wonderfully artistic, an avid gardener, loved to cook, and enjoyed traveling with family & friends. She is survived by her Son and Daughter-in-law, Dennis and Amy Simons of Lady Lake, FL, Brothers, Butch Harrison of Missouri and David Harrison of Mount Dora, FL; Sisters, Cindy Williams of Umatilla, FL and Jill Limes of Sorrento, FL; Grandchildren, Brendan and Christian Simons of Lady Lake, FL; and by numerous extended family and friends. A Celebration Of Jo's Life will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM.
