Harold L. Altshuler MD PhD 77, of Eustis, passed away Friday, February 8, 2019. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, he moved to Eustis in 2007 from Miami, Florida. He was a professor of pharmacology at Baylor Medical College, Houston, Texas. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Joanne Altshuler, Eustis, FL; son, Jason Altshuler, Centennial, CO; daughter, Dana Altshuler, Chicago, IL; step-son, Carlos Fernandez, Miami, FL; step-daughter, Michelle Petrucci, Delray Beach, FL; 5 grandchildren.
