Gerald L. Heichelbeck, 72, of Sorrento, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, he moved to Sorrento in 1980 from St. Louis, Missouri. He worked for various places as an assistant chef. Gerald was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Eustis, National Federation of the Blind, Lions Club, and the Lutheran Blind Outreach. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Ruth Virginia Heichelbeck, Sorrento, FL; brother, Woodrow (Cynthia) Bohley, High Ridge, MO; 2 sisters, Margaret "Peggy" Ann Connally, Belton, MO, Lynn Robb, Cottleville, MO; 4 nieces & nephews, Michael Chandler, Theresa (Pablo) Bolanos, Sarah (Tracy) Tharpe, Sam Robb.
