Elisabeth E. Bjork, 91, of Apopka, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2020. Born in Söderbärke, Sweden, she moved to the Central Florida area in 1987 from Dallas, Texas. She was an architectural drafter. Elisabeth is survived by her husband of 38 years, Reidar D. Bjork, Apopka, FL; daughter, Kerstin married to Steven Flashner, Vail, CO; sister, Valborg Engvall of Sweden.
