Domenic L. Merenda

Dom Merenda, 67, of Mount Dora, passed away Friday, October 30, 2020. Born in Derby, Connecticut, he moved to Florida from North Carolina, and recently to his favorite location in Mount Dora. He was an avid boater, skilled fisherman, and master story-teller. He loved to travel, and Disney was his happy place. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Jean Merenda, Mount Dora, FL; 3 sons, Domenic Merenda, Mount Prospect, IL, Daniel Wolf, Morrisville, NC, and Bryan Wolf, Reston, VA; a granddaughter, Aeris Wolf; a brother Scott Merenda and his wife Janet, a sister Dawn Guillette and her husband Stan, and a multitude of family and friends he considered family.
