Clyde E. Shearer

Clyde E. Shearer, 81, of Mount Dora, Florida, passed away Monday, November 30, 2020. Born in Manchester, Maryland, he moved to Mount Dora in 1980 from Savannah, Georgia. Clyde was a U.S. Army Veteran serving his country in Vietnam. Prior to his retirement Clyde was a Quality Control Manager with A. Duda & Sons. He was a member of the Lake Eustis Christian Church and a member of the American Legion. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Audrey R. Shearer of Mount Dora, FL; son, David M. (Darlene) Shearer of Kissimmee, FL; daughter, Katherine E. (Brian) Houben of Mount Dora, FL; brother, Paul (Laura) Shearer of Canton, GA; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Private services with military honors will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
