Cecil W. Mann, 79, of Grand Island, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020. Born in Sumterville, Florida, he moved to Grand Island in 1956 from Sumterville, Florida. He was a Truck Driver and was of Baptist Faith. Cecil served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He enjoyed playing his guitar, loved country music and gospel, and he loved to fish. He is survived by his Sons, Cecil Wayne Mann, Jr. of Vero Beach, FL, Tony Raymond Mann of Umatilla, FL and Morgan (PeeWee) Summerall of Grand Island, FL; Daughters, Cindy Johnston of Jacksonville, FL, Roxie Hall of Lady Lake, FL, Carol Snow of Paisley, FL, Cherie Summerall of Eustis, FL, and Darla Lightfoot of, Grand Island, FL; Brothers, Pat Atkinson and James Ennis, both of Summerfield, FL, Sisters, Darlene Hart of Dillon, SC, Judy Mann of Dillon, SC and Sister, Carrie Bailey of Clermont, FL; Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
