Billy Ray Clark Sr.

Billy Ray Clark, Sr., 76, of Tavares, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2020. Born in Alford, Florida, he moved to Tavares when he was just a small child. Billy worked as a project manager in road construction most of his life. He was an avid reader, loved spending time with his family, and spending time at the Beach. Billy is survived by his wife, Ellen Clark aka The Blonde, his 2 sons, Billy Clark Jr.(Stacey), Britt Clark(Dasha), his daughter, Bonnie Phelps(Chuck); 2 brothers, Jerry Miller, Donny Miller, and sister, Faye Osebold. He was a wonderful Papa to his 10 grandchildren, Brandon, Sara, Brittany, DJ, Austin, Taylor, Caleb, Levi, Christian, and Clark. He was preceded in death by his son, Brad Clark(Ann). He was touched by many and will be truly missed by all of his loved ones. Memorial services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis FL on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 2:00 PM.
