Bill Sprouse

June 11, 1931 — August 7, 2017

Bill Sprouse, 86, of Grand Island, passed away Monday, August 7, 2017. He was born in Decatur, Georgia June 11, 1931. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy in 1959 with High Honors and was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity.  He  practiced pharmacy for over 50 years owning and operating Palm Pharmacy of Eustis from 1967 - 1988.  Bill was a founding member of Trinity Evangelical Free Church, Eustis in 1983.  He was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather.  Second to his family was his love of salt water fishing. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Marijane R. Sprouse, Grand Island, FL; 2 daughters, Denise (John) Harrison, Grand Island, FL., Alice S. (Bill) Eastwood, Melbourne, FL; brother, Joe Sprouse, Indianapolis, IN; 2 sisters, Evelyn Wallace, Buford, GA, Mary Jane Milley, Suffolk, VA;  3 grandchildren, Hudson Harrison, Atlanta, GA, Emily Eastwood, Melbourne, FL, Thomas Eastwood, Melbourne, FL.  A Celebration of Life  service will be held at Trinity Evangelical Free Church, Eustis on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 10:30 in the morning.  Memorial donations may be made to Trinity Evangelical Free Church, 890 Abrams Road, Eustis, FL 32726 or to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778.
