Bessie E. Deese

Bessie E. Deese, 83, of Leesburg, FL passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022 surrounded by her family. Born in Washington, DC, to the late Adolphus G. Farmer and Mary Ruth Plummer. In October 2011 she and her husband Bill moved to Leesburg. She worked in customer service for Sothern Maryland Oil, La Plata, MD until her retirement. Bessie was an avid Bingo player and NASCAR Fan. She loved the Washington Redskins and was a member of the Waldorf Moose Lodge. She is survived by her son, William Deese, Jr., Leesburg, FL; 2 daughters, Debra (Herbie) Beach, Leesburg, FL, Virginia (Carlo) Volpe, White Plains, MD; Sisters Mary Wingrove, Naples, FL and Doris Fields, Lothian, MD and brother, Paul Patterson, Waldorf, MD; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Deese, Sr.; son, Thomas Deese; 3 brothers, Adolphus G. Farmer, Jr., Robert Patterson and James Patterson.
