William "Billy" Irving, 40, of Deland, FL, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2017. Born in Deland, Florida, he was mostly a lifelong resident of Central Florida. Billy is survived by his 2 brothers, Rev. James (Ami) Irving of Umatilla, FL, and Gordon Scott (Amanda) Irving of Arley, AL; sister, Rachel Decker of Deland, FL; former wife, Angela Ross of Deland, FL; step-daughter, Tori Wallace of Deland, FL; 4 nieces, Miranda, Katelyn, Annie Mae, Kennedy; and 3 nephews, Blake, Mason, and Nolan. Memorial services will be held at the First Church of God, Eustis on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 3:00 PM.
