Nora I. Demchar, 73, of Sun Lake Estates, Grand Island, FL passed away Sunday, June 22, 2014. Born in Bronx, New York, she moved to Grand Island in 2003 from Pompano Beach, FL. She was a Homemaker, was a member of St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church, Eustis, the American Legion, The Red Hat Society, and T.O.P.S. Nora enjoyed gardening. She is survived by her husband, Thomas E. Demchar of Grand, Island, FL; son, Michael Demchar of St. Petersburg, FL; daughter, Nora Haynes of Grand Island, FL; brother, Harry Leonard of Marshall, TX; and 7 grandchildren. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 1:00 PM. Inurnment will be held at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
