Mary Joan Teerman

Mary Joan Teerman, 86, of Leesburg, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017. Born in Jenison, Michigan, she moved to Lake County in 1997 from Davie, Florida. She was an Optical Technician and was a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. Mary loved volunteering as a member of the Leesburg Regional Medical Center Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Gayle Teerman, Leesburg, FL; 2 sons, John Teerman, Arlington, TN, William Teerman, Fort Lauderdale, FL; 2 daughters, Nancy Enlow, Pinckney, MI, Sally Turner, Brighton, MI; sister, Barbara Kaper, Grand Junction, CO; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, Leesburg on Friday, May 26, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow later at the church cremation garden.
