Luis Angel Meraz, 25, of Tavares, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018. Born in C.D. Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, he moved to Central Florida in 2000 from Bailey, North Carolina. Luis was a landscaper and enjoyed time with his son and family, skateboarding, and birthday celebrations. He is survived by his mother, Rosalbina Nevarez Arreola of Apopka, FL; fiancé, Erianna Reed of Eustis, FL; son, Jesiah Angel Meraz of Eustis, FL; 2 brothers, Jose Mauro Meraz of Mount Dora, FL, Juan Carlos Meraz of Apopka, FL; 2 sisters, Elizabeth Meraz of Kissimmee, FL, Soila Gabriela Nevarez of Orlando, FL. Luis was predeceased by his son, Joaquin Carlos Meraz. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
