Lamar Carlton

Lamar Carlton, 69, of Zellwood, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014. Born in Orlando, Florida, he was a lifelong resident of Central Florida. He worked with Shedd Welding and Fabricating of Orlando from 1964-1992 and owned Carlton's Green Plants from 1992-Present. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with family. He was a member of Astatula Baptist Church. Lamar is survived by his wife of 50 years, Reba Carlton, Zellwood, FL; son, Dennis Paul Carlton, Valdosta, GA; 2 daughters, Alicia Clark, Mount Dora, FL, Michelle Raitt, Tarpon Springs, FL; sister, Paula McCarver, Myrtle Creek, OR; 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Alfred Carlton. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home prior to the service from 1:00 - 2:00 PM.
