Harry is survived by his wife, Maria Gonzales, Tavares, FL; son, Brian Effer, Longwood, FL; daughter, Lynn Effer, Orlando, FL; 3 grandchildren, Dage Effer, Lauren Telfyan, Lacy Telfyan.
