Frances Dugger

Frances Dugger, 95, of Tavares, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017. Born in Erwin, Tennessee, she moved to Eustis in 2001 from Bristol, Tennessee. She was a Homemaker, a member of the Bay Street Baptist Church, Eustis, FL and member of the Woodmen of the World. Frances is preceded in death by her 3 sisters, Mary Miller, Doris Miller and Pat Bell. She is survived by her son, Jim (Melvie) Dugger of Tavares, FL; brother, Paul Miller of Zellwood, FL, 2 sisters, Lena Laughren of Gastonia, NC, Billie Peterson of Apopka, FL; grandson, Andy Dugger of Hendersonville, NC; and 3 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 7:00 PM. The family will receive friends from 6:00 till 7:00 PM prior to service. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memory Gardens, Johnson City, TN.
