Warren loved to hunt, fish and spend time with his children & grandchildren. Warren delivered bread for Merita and was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Sanford. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Donna K. Phillips, Eustis, FL; 3 sons, Christopher Phillips, Eustis, FL, Jason Phillips, Eustis, FL, Johnathon Phillips, Eustis, FL; 2 daughters, Jennifer Conover, Eustis, FL, Michelle Barbee, Eustis, FL; mother, Laverne Phillips, Eustis, FL; 3 brothers, Ronnie Phillips, Grand Island, FL, Bobby Phillips, Grand Island, FL, Timothy Phillips, Umatilla, FL; sister, Sheila Parsons, Orlando, FL; 9 grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Sanford on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis.
