Carol A. Hardy

Carol A. Hardy-Schubert, 63, of Eustis, FL, passed away Monday, May 11, 2015. Born in Hackensack, NJ, she moved to Eustis in 1986 from Indianapolis, IN. She was a Registered Nurse with Florida Hospital Waterman from 1986 -1998, and retired as a home health RN with Waterman. Carol loved to make and design cards, and she was a great cook. Carol was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church of Mount Dora, FL where she was active with the Women's Guild. She is survived by her Husband, Martin "Marty" J. Schubert of Eustis, FL; Daughter, Jennifer A. Eddy of Tavares, FL; Sister, Elizabeth "Betty" Cochrane of Eustis; and Grandsons, Ryker and Jagger Eddy. No services will be held. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association (diabetes.org) or Cornerstone Hospice (cshospice.org).
